JOB TITLE:    Customer Service Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Established Communications Provider in Charlotte is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contractual basis. Great opportunity for someone seeking a short-term position to gain experience with a large company in the local market. JOB TASKS:

  • This position is responsible for supporting all telephone and broadband service concerns.
  • Completes offline activities to support the customer base.
  • Activities include order entry, order corrections, billing inquiry explanation, adjustments, and other offline customer support activities.
  • Completes other duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of call center experience—college degree may be substituted for experience as deemed appropriate.
  • Relevant systems knowledge needed.
  • Great telephone communication skills, and ability to interface with customers.
  • Basic grammar and business English.
  • Strong organizational skills.
